Requirement

Pathfinder International seeks a qualified Individual Consultant to develop a Learning Module for the National SBC Guidelines and Toolkit using instructional design methodology. The consultant will create a user-friendly training manual and trainer guidelines to support the effective implementation of SBC strategies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Education, Communication, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in instructional design and content structuring
• Experience in public health and SBC preferred
