We invite qualified and reputable rental vehicle companies for the provision of the following vehicles on rental basis through submission of sealed bids, as follows;

1. Interested bidders may collect the tender documents during office hours (9:00am to 4:00pm) during July 14^th, 2025 to July 28^th, 2025 at the following address:

1. Tender opening meeting shall be held on July 29^th, 2025, therefore, interested bidders/services provider should visit our office at House No. 90, Street No. 34, Sector G-14/4, Islamabad at 11:00 am and tender documents will be submitted and open at 11:00 am.
2. CDR Submission: At the time of bid submission Bidder/Suppliers will submit CDR which is mandatory and tender documents will not acceptable without samples and CDR

PAK MISSIONS SOCIETY reserves the rights to reject any or all tender or to cancel the entire tender process without assigning any reasons. The decision of PMS will be final and no lobbying is permitted. The decision of the PMS cannot be challenged or questioned on any forum.
