Association for Gender Awareness & Human Empowerment (AGAHE) is national non-government organization (NGO) established in 2007 under the Societies Act, 1860 in Punjab with a vision to ‘create an enabling environment for vulnerable segments of society where they can utilize their full potential for improvement in their lives and have equal opportunities to safeguard their rights’. Core thematic areas of AGAHE include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene, Health & Nutrition, Sustainable Livelihood, Governance and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)

AGAHE is implementing a project titled “Risk Pool 3 Pakistan Flood Activation in Multan (District Multan) For this purpose, AGAHE seeks the services for procurement of Food Pack item and invite vendors/suppliers for quotation for Food items.

In order for Procurement of Dry Food Ration Packs Items Used during Emergency Response in District Multan) the supplies/services are required as mentioned in specifications. AGAHE is inviting qualified and experienced suppliers bid for the contract of supply, by the Contractor of the following goods/items/Services.

General remarks and special condition

All offered products according to national/international standards.The quality must be in line with the specifications stated in this tender.
All offered commodities must be sound, fair and in merchantable quality. The quality must be in line with the specifications stated in this tender.
We prefer a single supplier! But we reserve the right to divide the order into lots and orders from various tenderers.
In case an alternative to the specified supplies items is offered, this must be clearly indicated and excessively documented.
Branding Guidelines and material will be shared with selected vendor.
Transportation and loading/unloading charges for Delivery Point will be included in all quoted amounts.
In case of calculation mistake unit rate will be considered for financial evaluation

The number of items will be adjusted accordingly to align with the available budget, which may result in an increase or decrease in quantity.
All amount has to be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Tax will be deducted as per law at the time of payments under income tax ordinance 2001
AGAHE reserve the right to award whole work to one firm/Suppliers or split it in more than one.

Performa Invoice (addressed to Consignee)
Original Waybills
Packing list

Expenses for commercial courier to be covered by the bidder/supplier.

All tenders, including annexes and all supporting documents, must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing only:

Quotations are to be provided per hard copy, in one copy only. Offers per e-mail or fax will not be accepted or considered.
